David Parr's Game Of Life And Death is a playfully macabre piece of close-up magic, in which an audience assistant is invited to play a game of cards with the Grim Reaper! This mainstay of David Parr's repertoire can now be yours.
A spectator is challenged to cut the pack at any card - except Death's card. Easy enough, considering that the chances are only 1 in 52.
The spectator avoids the fated card, though in the process she comes very close to it.
For a surprising, magical finish, you prove that you knew all along exactly which card would be cut to.
