We guarantee what we sell. Any item found faulty in materials or workmanship will be replaced upon return of the faulty item. If you make a purchase and find that the item is "just not for you," please contact us for Return Authorization. You will have 30 days from the date of receipt in which to return the item to us. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item, less shipping. Remember that all returns must include the original packaging and instructions. Any non-defective return must be in perfect condition. DVDs and Books are not returnable. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to those customers where a return is authorized for a non-defective item. Only authorized returns will be accepted. These items are perfectly safe when used according to the instructions supplied with each item. We do not sell fire effects to anyone under 18 years of age.
